Iformis is a small software company based in Edinburgh. We have traditionally provided custom software to help businesses automate their processes. We have a wide range of customers in terms of business activities, size and location across the UK.

We are currently developing a product that we plan to launch to some of our current customers in the early part of this year with plans to roll the product out to the wider market in the latter part of 2021.

This role therefore represents an opportunity to become a key member of the core team in the early stages of software product development.

We need someone who is happy to work across the full development lifecyle from initial discussions with customers through software design, development, testing and release.

As a small company everyone on the team needs to have the confidence to research and propose the most suitable development technologies, processes and tools for the ongoing development of the business and support of our customers.

Our current technologies include: Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Linux, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Ionic/React, Github. We are looking for someone with experience in any of these technologies and experience of mobile application development is of particular interest.
